Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Chew products and hygiene

Chew necklaces are oral-contact items. For health and hygiene reasons, a chew necklace that has been removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty or was damaged in transit. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@danisworld.ca with your order number. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and send you return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Local pickup orders

If you collected your order in Calgary, you can return an eligible unopened item to us in person. Email us first and we will arrange a time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right. This applies whether or not the packaging has been opened.

Exceptions

Opened chew products cannot be returned, for the hygiene reasons described above. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
